Return Policy

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return (with photos if possible). 

  • We will send you a return shipping label. Please ship the item back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund if the item is faulty or damaged.

  • If the item is not faulty or damaged, we will not issue a refund but will send back to your orginal shipping address.

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)
